Credit and Terms

Order terms are 50% deposit prior to production, and the balance due upon completion, prior to shipment regardless of shipment date/dates. Finished materials stored over 30 days may incur storage fees. Customers with approved credit terms are 50% deposit and balance due no later than net 30 from the date of delivery. Approved customers can pay balances prior or upon delivery to receive a 1% discount on the balance only.

Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices are applicable for 60 days from date of quotation. Prices are firm only on quoted dimensions, quantities, and finishes. Shipping and crating are an additional charge, unless otherwise noted. All prices shown are F.O.B. Las Vegas, Nevada unless otherwise noted. Offloading is by others. All tools and molds manufactured by LEGACY CSC LLC remain the exclusive property of LEGACY CSC LLC unless prior purchase agreements have been made.

Lead Time

Stated lead times are effective upon receipt of all pertinent information, including, but not limited to approved credit, deposits, purchase orders, dimensioned conceptual and working drawings, selected finishes and structural requirements. An accelerated schedule may incur an OT premium charge.

Codes and Compliance

It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all local, state, and federal building codes. LEGACY CSC LLC provides fabrication shop drawings showing only the parts to be produced. If further drawings including concepts, photo shop images, framing sections, elevations locator sheets, assembly details, etc… are needed, they can be priced upon request. All design build, as build, and certified engineered drawings are excluded from our quotation. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all local, state, and federal tax laws.

Warranty

All products produced by LEGACY CSC LLC are first quality and are free from defects in material and workmanship. Customers should inspect all products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported to LEGACY CSC LLC immediately via telephone or in writing within 24 hrs of receipt of product. The full extent of this warranty will be one year from material delivery and limited to the manufactured product only.
